Is it possible? Could I put the icing in the freezer? I have a topper for a cake made out of royal icing and it is going to be the right finishing touch, but I am worried it wont dry in time. I would appreciate any tips!!!!

No no, not the freeze. The condensation when you take it out can break down your piece.

Place it in the oven with just the light on and that will help quick dry it. Just besure to put a sticky note on the oven knob so that no body turns it on.

I was going to suggest a lamp..a halogen bulb lamp is what I have used to dry RI quickly.

TexasSugar had a great idea using the oven light!

an angled lamp, like a study lamp works great! But dont put it in the freezer, it will melt!
