I can do them but I suck at coming up with ideas and laying them out so they look right. Any ideas/tips? TIA!

Oh! Just had a thought! Could I use a pic with a projector to get the shape of it? I was thinking of picking up the one at Hobby Lobby as soon as they do another 40% off.

How about laying them out in a Christmas tree shape?

use a leaf tip and do pointsettias? green leaves and red blossoms with a tip 3 center dots? see my harvest/halloween cupcakes, i have some florals in there that if you made them green and red you'd have pointsettias!

what about a large circular ornament?
or instead of a cupcake cake you could decorate the tops in shimmery (not luster, but with sugar crystals in icing) snowflakes, each one different and put them together for a nice effect?

You could lay them in a circle and make a wreath out of them. Then you could use edible pearls and lay them end to end to make it look like garland going around the wreath. Then to finish it up, you could get the new candy mold that is in shapes of xmas lights from wilton, and then add them around your wreath. Good luck.
