The flower making one is a good place to start with gumpaste/MMF flowers. It will let you know if it is "your thing" but there are better and more expensive cutters out there. I haven't graduated to them yet, so far my Wilton ones are treating me just fine. The book isn't the greatest that comes with it. It is kind of out dated and needs redone IMO. But for the cost with the 50% off I think it is a good deal and a good place to start.
The garland ejector. I have it--rairly use it. The ejector button leaves a little dimple in the fondant when you push it out of the cutter. Just kind of bugged me. I have used it to decorate petit fours and cake balls, but that is about it.
I bought the ejector set during the last 50% off sale and I haven't even opened it yet. =(
