Help With Transfer Sheets Please

I purchased a transfer sheet with music on it and can't get it to release on to the cake. Can anyone help? icon_cry.gif

They are not meant to transfer onto icing. Transfer sheets are meant to be used with melted chocolate, chilled and then the sheet is peeled off leaving the design on the chocolate. Or you can spread the melted chocolate on the transfer sheet and wrap it around the sides of an iced cake, chill and then remove the transfer sheet. Make sure you spread the chocolate on the rough side of the design.

ConnieSue, if you go to www.countrykitchensa.com you will find the directions for the sheets. They come up on their home page and just click. It is easier with the perfection strips although for years I never used them. I get all my sheets from www.berylscakes.com.

Another website that has beautiful transfer sheets is Kerekes or also called Bakedeco. I especially like their Zebra skin transfer sheet.
