When a recipe calls for white sugar, is it talking about powdered sugar or granulated sugar?TIA!!
If it is a cake or cookie recipe I would say they mean granulated sugar. If it is an uncooked icing recipe then it's most likely powdered sugar, cooked icing I would say granulated.
it is asking for granulated sugar. a recipe will always say icing sugar or confectioners sugar if thats what it calls for.
