Does anyone know how long you can store a cake covered in wipped cream frosting? I have to make a cake for Thursday morning but I don't have time to decorate it before work so if I decorate it Wednesday night do you think it will be ok if I keep it in the fridge? Or is the freeze better?? Thanks in advance!

If you do it Wednesday night and refrigerate it, it should be fine. I would whip it a little on the stiff side, it won't come out as smooth but it stands up a little better. At most of the bakeries I have worked at the whipped cream cakes usually had a 2 day code in the case to sell it.
