I have, once. They have absolutely 0 customer service. I ordered and everything did arrive. I am going to order from a company that has a customer service phone # next time tho. I will use sugar craft again once they improve there CS. It just makes me nervouse not being able to speak to anyone about my order.
I have ordered from Sugarcraft for a number of years and can honestly say I've never had a problem with their service. I ordered an airbrush system recently, ordered on Thursday received it on Monday.

I have ordered several times, and if somethings not in stock or won't be available, she has emailed me to let me know and offered other suggestions. My only problem with them is that the shipping is very high.
I have not ordered from them but I had been concidering it, thought I thought I might have remembered reading that the shipping was awfully high? Anyone know?
I have ordered from country kitchens and the stuff arrived the next day! I could hardly believe it. I didnt pay extra or anything for fast shipping. I was happy with them.
Country Kitchen's prices and shipping are awesome, so I have to recommend them, as another CCer recommended them to me!
I used to order from them all them time four years ago when I started decorating cakes. Then I took a break to have more babies and when I ordered from them again it seemed like my shipping charges were really high. Other people have said that they charge only actual shipping amounts...but $18 for a smallish order seems pretty darn high to me. But the good thing about Sugarcraft is that they have TONS of stuff.

You will find a wide range of answers on sugarcraft. I have been ordering from them and countrykitchen for over the last tens years. Never had a problem with sugarcraft. Had one probelm with Countryktichen two years ago and it was taken care fast. Their a few things cheaper on sugarcraft then country kitchen. Both companies service was great and fast.
It will be up to you to decide if you want to order from them some post got really bad about them and some said great things about them.
We placed one order with Sugarcraft, and after 2 weeks called to ask about our order. The lady on the phone started yelling saying they do not answer order questions over the phone. When we said we would like to cancel the order the lady said "I dont care, I don't need your damn business" and hung up on us. We havnt used them since.
Ordered from Sugarcraft once and the shipping was absolutely ridiculous. I have ordered from Country Kitchen numerous times and I love their prices and shipping. If I order on a Sunday night I will have my order no later than wednesday for a very reasonable shipping price.
They have high shipping. And if you run into any problems with your order, such as something being backordered or something and you try to write them, they can be quite snotty back. They seem to NOT like working with customers at all.
Due to a recent experience they will definately be my last resort if I need something.

I've ordered quite a bit from Sugarcraft and have not had any problems. Just this past Tuesday, I ordered fondant and it was at my house on Friday. And they do have a lot of stuff, if you're looking for one-stop shopping. But like the others have said, the shipping prices are high.
