Okay, my dear BF just informs me last night he wants a buckeye flavored cake for his birthday..Tomorow!! Can anyone help me please?? Thanks, Katie

Do you mean those peanut butter and chocolate treats? Yum, those are good.
This is a really good filling. I like to spread melted chocolate on top. I use it to fill a chocolate cake.

Here is what I would do, I have made this before and it tastes great! I did a dark chocolate cake and made a peanut butter filling, just like in the buckeyes. I am not sure what size you are making, but I would melt 2 cups peanut butter. Add 2 cups PS and then thin with milk until a spreadable consistancy. Use for your filling. Then make a poured ganache for the frosting. You could even make some buckeyes to go on the top!
