I don't have airbrushing equipment yet, and I need to do some brown "air brush" work. I'm making a cheeseburger cake with MMF over the bun and would like the airbrush look on the bun. Wilton doesn't offer brown in their line of sprays. Does anyone know of any substitute I can use??? Sorry if this has already been brought up in the past!

Sorry, I could find brown, but I did find bronze and gold. Here is a link http://www.globalsugarart.com/cat.php?cid=814. Also, I think that you can Paint it with brown coloring and vodka or lemon extract to it. I am sure that someone here will give you more information on that. I haven't done that yet. icon_biggrin.gif

thanks, Michelle. I might just color the fondant directly...but i didn't want it to look like a clay hamburger bun, know what I mean?

Maybe if you mixed a little yellow with the brown, try it on a test peice first until you get the right color. Add some white sprinkles when done.

that's a good idea. I have painted on fondant before, but only once it's dried out... wonder how it would work on fresh fondant.
