You could use the bear pan and use rice krispy type cereal to mold the arms and legs to be longer than the bears. Use fondant or gum paste for ears.
Or you could use the doll pan with a ball pan head and r/k arms and legs with the gum paste/fondant ears.

I just saw this in another post today and you could do it as a bunny instead of a lamb by changing the fur and adding the ears.
