Is there any way to make mums besides the 80 or 81 tip?? I seem to misplaced mine, and I hate to have to go out yet once again! Or any other ideas for some other fall looking flowers??? TIA

I make my mums with the tip that is curved like a "c". I'm too tired to go check it out to see if it's 80 or 81. I wouldn't know how else to make them.

I use a #79--makes a little larger mum--but I had to buy it separately; wasn't a part of any kit. I was looking at some cakes yesterday at the grocery store and it looked like they may have used a leaf tip to make their mums.

I don't know any other way to make mums, but I have seen some very pretty fall cakes on here that were made using different colored leaves or fall colored roses. I think if you use fall colors then the cake will look like an autumn cake.
