JUST KIDDING! I had to share with my fellow CCers..... I went to napa this weekend and stopped at a winery that had not just wine to taste, but food too!!!! We sampled everything and my favorite thing there was....(drum roll)... banana rum pineapple jam. As soon as I tasted it, I imagined it between cake layers or in the middle of cupcakes! It was soooooo delicious. The ingredients are just bananas, sugar, pineapple, dark jamaican rum and lemon juice. I can't wait to bake with it! Thought some of you might like the idea too!
