I think you may have to make your own...

I haven't gotten around to doing it yet, though!

www.kitchengifts.com has rectangle cookie cutters. When you cut the dough in half, the edible images fit perfectly! (You do have to take into account the very slight spread of the cookie after baking, which works in your favour for the fit!)

I'm so excited to find this thread again, because I just came back from a kitchen supply shop in Toronto and they had THE perfect rectangle cutter set!!

It's Ateco's 3-piece stainless steel "Rectangular Cutter Set" and the medium sized cutter is great for a business card cookie!!

The set has one large rectangle (3" x 4"), one medium rectangle (2" x 3.25") and one small rectangle (1" x 1.5") for $8.00

Each cutter is 2" high as well, so they are useful for pastries, doughs, etc.

Here's a photo of them I just found online:

I use a straight edge ruler and a pizza wheel. No waste and very fast!

Those look great! Would you be willing to share which shop you purchased them at?

Sure, it was the kitchen-supply stall in the middle of the St.Lawrence Market (Toronto). They have a huge wall of hundreds of cookie cutters and these were right there on a little shelf.

There were at least 3 sets there last week when I posted this.
