Just baked a batch of the NFSC! YUMMY!

They did spread a little, even though the dough was chilled. I might've put too much baking powder though.

How long will these keep for?

they'll keep for a long time if you pop them into an airtight container and put them in the freezer... i'd say a couple months... just follow your rule of thumb for bread in the freezer!

Just want to be sure I have it right: Baked sugar cookies in an airtight container in the freezer for about 2 months?? What's the best method to defrost? Just put them on the counter, still wrapped up? This will come in very handy for me soon! Holiday cookies for school icon_biggrin.gif
