Hi I have to make a design for a cake with a little bit of royal icing. Does anyone have a recipie to make a small amount of icing? Thanks Jen

I have this on file from CC, but I can't find the post to credit the person who submitted it.

1 teaspoon of meringue powder
1 1/2 table spoons of water.

mix well together. gradually add in icing sugar mixing well between each addition until you get the correct consistency

I haven't tried it, but...

I often times just cut the recipes in half or sometime if I'm really desperate 1/4!! But, I really like to know if there is recipes for small amounts. Anyone have recipes for small amounts of BC as well??
