i got a call from a bride who said her friend did a brownie bar for her wedding, so this bride thought she might like a dessert bar. i suggested stuffed/dipped strawberries and cheesecake squares, but what else? what do you guys think would go well in a wedding dessert bar? and how much would you charge for the strawberries and brownies and such? i didnt plan on selling other desserts, so i haven't even considered what the cost should be.

any ideas appreciated!

Oh yah, truffles! We had a coffee and truffle bar toward the end of the reception. MMmm, brownies with cream cheese icing.

truffles sound really good, i'll have to look up some recipes. does anyone know of a good recipe?

and how do i determine how much of each dessert to make? im assuming the guests will want more than just 1 of 1 dessert, lol. but i don't want her to have a ton of dessert left over.
