I am having a difficult time getting hi-ratio shortening. I can get a brand of shortening called Penguin shortening. Has anyone ever used it before? How does it compare to hi-ratio shortening!

All i know about penguin shortening is what my mOm told me about it being used by our favourite local bakery which sadly shut down. They used it with a little water and icing sugar to make icing. She said it would start pit on the soupy end but you whipped it in the mixer for 20 min or so and it became a delishious FLuFFY icing that they used on cakes, in eclairs, long johns and cleam filled doughnuts. So good i wish they were still baking
