favorite pound cake recipe and what filling do you like the best with it? I am going to be making cakes for the holidays, haven't really made many pound cakes, but am going to start.

Sorry, no i didn't. I used it for carving a car. Raspberry filling would be my vote! thumbs_up.gif

does it have to be refrigerated because of the cream cheese? I've always wondered about this because bakeries sell cream cheese muffins that are't refrigerated.
