I just wanted to share this website which I have been using since I started with the cakes business. Their fillings are excellent, I have tried so many of them and found them extremely easy to make and the outcome have always been rated very high by my customers.

Thanks for sharing this with CC. i came across this site from another cake site. It has fabulous recipes in there.

I just came across this post. I have a question. Some of the fillings call for 1 or 2 egg yolks.
The fillings are uncooked, example is the "pineapple cream". I can't see where that would be safe to eat. Has anyone ever used eggs yolks in their uncooked filling?

Carleen- I wish I could help but Ihave no idea
Awela- thank you!!! My hubby just told me yesterday and today and the day before that my cakes LOOK great, and taste OK but are missing a major WOW factor. Not too sure what that meant, but I know that I am THRILLED to try out some of these recipes!!

Anyone whant to share your favorites from this site? Combos??
