I really need a good crusting chocolate buttercream. Alot of the recipes don't seen to indicate if they crust or not. Can anyone tell me one they've tried that was easy, tasted great and crusted?
I made the Wilton chocolate buttercream and it crusted perfect. I have it in my photos. Used it the same as with the regular bc and did the Viva method. Found on the Wilton site or in their books. Hope it helps.
