Ok... just got my printer, edible inks, icing sheets... I am so excited!

I want to put edible images on cookies for halloween. Everyone loves the royal icing so the question is... can I use royal icing for the cookies, let it harden and then put on the icing images? I know they won't harden like the royal icing but what would you use to adhere the image to the royal icing?

Thanks!!

I think the method is to put the image on while the icing is still wet...? A lot of people use Antonia74 royal...

I haven't done it myself yet, though...

Put your image on immediately after icing your cookie. I only ice 3 or 4 cookies at a time that way the icing won't harden b/4 you apply your image. The image will harden/dry with your icing. I would use a modified royal so it will not get too hard. Let them dry & then package. Good luck!
