Thanks for the tip about the kitchenaid online outlet store and the free shipping! I just ordered my EMPIRE RED Pro 5qt 475 watt stand mixer!!! I am so excited. It is a refurbished model, but it has a six month warranty and I figure with all the divinity I am going to make at Christmas--it will surely be tested! I am also going to sign up for the basic wilton class--it is 1/2 off this week!
