How can I guesstimate how much MMF to make for a 4 tiered cake (12, 10, 8, 6)? I need to color the MMF ivory and want to do it during the mixing rather than once it's all together since it's so much easier that way so I need to make sure I make enough but not too much, kwim?

Here's a good rule of thumb that I stick to. It really is quite accurate.
Have fun!!

i think you will have more than enough with two batches
..... depending how thin or thick you roll it you may be able to do it with once batch .......i like mine thick because its easyier to smooth out .....so If i was making it for me i would make two batches......Im pretty sure you wont need more than that ....thats my best guess
