Thanks for the ideas. I don't even have anyone to make them for...just in the baking mood! Will probably just drop them off to the Deacon or Adminstrative Assistant at the school. I shouldn't be worried about cookies as I have to do two cakes this weekend for my nephews (joint b-day party), but I haven't done cookies in awhile...thanks again. Jodie

JRAE33 I am feeling just like you I am in a baking hiatus until October since the Army sent me to BNCOC good thing is my hometown is only 2 hours away so this weekend I am going to bumrush my moms kitchen and make a cupcake bouqeuet since I haven't done those yet. Until then I am living my life by constantly being on this site. I am actually in class right now. Some Learning I am getting.

How's this for irony...my cousin was born on Labor Day (20 some years ago). And then last year she her second child...on Labor Day I should be thinking birthdays...as I said earlier, I have two birthday cakes this weekend and another the following weekend...but I want to make cookies!!
Amy-I'd love to share some cookies with you...but be warned....I'm still learning so they taste better than they look 
Tasha....good luck on your bouquet! I made some at the end of the school year and had a hard time getting the cupcakes to stay on the floral foam (assuming those are the bouquets you are making?!)
