How do you get a uniform cupcake? Is there any special secret/tool you can use so that they all come out the same size? I just got an order for 300 cupcakes, and I want to make them all the same size as much as possible!

Any advice?

I use a large spring-loaded scoop-like for cookies. My cupcakes are always exactly the same size. Mine are Pampered Chef brand, but you can pick them up anywhere.

Charman...I am not sure but, I know there are a lot of forums on this subject. Maybe you can look it up if you do a search.

I also use the spring-loaded ice cream scoop to measure out cupcake batter. I saw Gale Gand do that trick on Sweet Dreams (food network) and have used it ever since.

try an ice cream scoop. I use the mini cookie scoop from wilton to make the mini cupcakes!
