I have decided to make my niece a castle cake for her birthday this weekend. I found an awesome castle on earlene's site, but do not have the time to wait on the instructions. Has anyone ever made the cake on her site and wouldn't mind sharing the instructions? Please. Thanks.

I just did a castle for my daughter for her 4th b-day. It is the only pic posted since it is my 1st decorated cake. The main part of the cake is 3 8x8 layers and then one 4x4(8x8 cut in 4ths) and then a round cut out portion of cake. Towers are made of twinkies with ends cut off and stacked end to end and doweled through the filling. I cut corners off the cake and attached the twinkie towers with bc and toothpicks. Tops are sugar cones. HTH and is not too late!
