What was the best class you've taken and why?? What did you learn the most from?
I took a cake decorating class with Toba Garrett and it was great. Hopefully over time I'll master the techniques.

Nick Lodges 5day ultimate gum paste flower class.
I learned so much about gum paste, wires, dusts, steaming, it helped me in all aspects of gumpaste, not just flowers. Great class.
