how do you charge for petite fours? new at this may have an order and don't want to under or over charge. will have poured fonfant , thanks for the advise. icon_smile.gif

I have no idea because I have never made them, but I would think they would be sold like cupcakes... what do you charge for those?

icon_eek.gif I make those little buggars......and they are a lot of work. I charge from $1.50-$2.00 for mine.depends on how much detail they want on them. They are time consuming! Just remember that!
