The other day I cleaned out my cupboards and found all those great things I didn't know I had!

Well tonight I was baking six mini cakes in this six cake bundt pan I have. (Six little bundts all attached together) Well I always hate getting flour onto the center tube and I knew with these little ones I couldn't swirl the pan like I usually do, so I got to thinking how can I do this without getting flour on the floor, the counter, and of course on me! Well . . . . . my daughter had a sweet baby boy about 4 months ago, (proud Grandma icon_lol.gif ) and they sent her home with this plastic squirt bottle to soothe her wounds (I hope this doesn't gross anyone out icon_surprised.gif ). Well it has been sitting in the cupboard since that time. It was new and never used -- I know some of you were wondering. Well it has 4 tiny squirt holes in it so I wondered if I could squeeze flour through them to dust the pan. Well it worked! I still had excess flour that I had to dump out, but I didn't have a huge mess icon_biggrin.gif! It will be a part of my cake kit from now on.
