That sounds like a blast!!!! I would also love to take a class with Bronwen. Her techniques are awesome! Like that pumpkin she did on the spooky cakes challenge, sculpting the fondant with her fingers.

That is awesome! I'm already a cruise addict and getting to take a class with Bronwen would be amazing. I just wish they were going on a better ship icon_cool.gif I'll have to keep my eyes open for future seminars at sea.

Is that cruise open to anyone interested in cake decorating? I noticed the site was through a retail bakers association? It sounds like a really good deal and a ton of fun! Just wondering if it was open to anyone icon_smile.gif
