I'd like to buy pans to make 1/4 cakes w/. Does anyone know what size that is? I already have a pan that I believe is considered a half sheet, but it's big. I'd think it's a full sheet. It's the same size as the Costco cakes. Anyway, if anyone could help me out, that'd be great! Thanks.

I had the same question the other night. I was told that a 1/4 sheet cake was a 9x13.

I use the 9X13 pan for 1/4 sheet cakes and 11X15 for half sheet cakes. You can also use 2 9X13 pans beside each other to make a Large half sheet cake. I don't have the full sheet cake pan, yet. icon_smile.gif
