Hello. I thought I would post a pic of a cake that I did in class a few months ago.

It's a lemon chiffon filled with lemon curd topped with IMBC. Please pardon the dirty parchment paper.

It looks absolutely delicious and like a cake you would find in an upscale bakery.....mmmmmm lemon!
