i was wondering if i could add almond extract to antonis royal icing with out messing it up? i would like to add more flavor to it to compliment my cookies ( i use almond in them too )

if i can how much can i add ?

You can definately add flavoring! I added almond in bothe too and they were soooo good! I think maybe I added a teaspoon. Just kinda guess.

I add flavoring all of the time...almond, orange, lemon and for the holidays, peppermint...I usually add 1 tsp or so...

you have added the powder to royal? how much? cause they have sooooo many flavors.

Yep, I've added flavorings too. Although I usually offset it by not adding quite as much water.

tiffturtle,
just a teaspoon or so. i just pour a little in. the vanilla caramel is quite strong in the icing, but tastes great. haven't had the op to try others yet. iwould think the coconut one would be good though.
