I haven't tried it but I know that it wasinvented by someone's distant friend/relative or something on this site!!! Looks like it would be fabulous to me!!!

I LOVE IT!! I am always taking cupcakes into the kids schools. I have an old tupperware one, but the cupcake rack is missing. icon_sad.gif

This may be a crazy question - but if the cupcake is iced to the edge how do you get the cupcake out of it's little holder without touching the icing?

Maybe I'm over thinking it? It looks very cool and of course I want one...now if they only shipped to Canada.

It looks like the cupcake doesn't sit all the way down into the little hole. that you maybe able to pull it out by the 1/2 inch that shows above.

so for those of you that have this, can you tell me what size cake the carrier can hold when the trays are removed?

Hi Punkinpie... I know up here in Toronto, Zellers has a carrying case for 12 cupcakes and Linen Chest has one that holds 24 cupcakes. Maybe you check the Zellers and Linen Chest in your area thumbs_up.gif

We don't have a linen chest - but I will definitly check Zellers.

I recently bought plastic "cupcake inserts" for 99 cents each at my local craft store. Each insert holds 12 cupcakes, and are designed to fit into standard size cake boxes. (I think it's 9X13 for each insert, or very close to those dimensions.)
