I have never done one before, but I did do the head of the duck in my photos with it. Make the krispie treats...and let them dry a little. As they are drying you can start squeezing them together into a big ball and start molding them into the shape that you want. Make sure that you stick the dowel into the head before it drys, as you are molding. If the krispies are not dry enough when you work with them they will just fall apart. I made them up and poured it out onto a sheet of greased wax paper...(or maybe it wasn't greased, I'm not sure I remember). It may sound a little difficult, but it really isn't!
Good luck!

I don't know if this is an option for you, but here is a tutorial I have saved to my favorites(not my tutorial) and they use a styrofoam head for the top. Jen

I was going to suggest this too. The Spiderman busts you see in the gallery are done this way. Just the sholders are cake.
