How far in advance can I fill and crumb coat my cake? Can I do it the day before? Can I ice it the day before with BC? If so, what's the best way to store it for the night?
Thanks - I have only made a few cakes and I have torted, filled, frosted and decorated the day needed but I would like to get more done early this time.
