I made a cake with SMBC, and I want to know if I should serve it right after taking it out of the fridge, or leave out an hour before serving?
I heard serving from the fridge alters the taste. Is this true?

thanks Guys! I just ran to take it out of the fridge, but it may be too late. I'm serving this for the office in half an hour. Oh well, I know for next time

Yeah! I'm eating it right now! Yummmm! This is the first time I've made this (always used the shortening based icing. I think I'll use this from now on)
