I am about to start making a Circus themed cake and need some suggestions about what colors to use to make a realistic looking bed of straw for one of my fondant animals. The colors I have to work with are brown, golden yellow, and lemon yellow.
Please Help!!!

I would start with the golden yellow and add tiny bits of brown until you get the color desired...........also, here is a great link on coloring icing:
