Choco-Pan Usage Amounts?

I was wondering if any one could say whether it is a realistic chart or if I should buy more than it says? See page 3

I think it depends on what you're using it for. I know that's a generic answer but its true.

Also, I bought some with the intentions of using it on a wedding cake I am no longer doing but I'll share this -- I wouldn't use it. Choco-pan is fine for small cakes maybe, but it stretches and tears so easy b/c it is so soft. The flavor is good but honestly, I won't be using it anymore.
