My jelly roll cake didnt work out. it broke half and stuck into towel... I dont udnerstand what I am doing wrong.... when I was going to roll it it just torn apart.... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr icon_sad.gif

Did you use powdered sugar on the towel? That sometimes helps it from sticking..........If you can get it apart from the towel, maybe you can do some repair work when you ice it?
