Hi,
We do a fund raiser every year at the local fair. We make elephant ears, I was wondering if any of you have come across any bakery supplies that sell the pre rolled dough. I saw them at another event last year but failed to ask were they had ordered them from.

If these are the Elephant Ears I'm thinking of, they start out using puff pastry. Pepperidge Farms makes a dough you should be able to find pretty easily the the frozen section of the grocery store. Puff pastry, melted butter, sugar, cinnamon - - - are the ones you're talking about? Roll up, each edge to the middle, slice and bake in a hot oven?
