I buy mine from Meijer, but I dont think they probably have them in TN. It really is a better cocoa in my opinion. I just buy the hersheys brand, but you could probably find some in a gormet food shop or maybe amazon might have it.
Oh by the way, you can just use regular cocoa to make black icing too. It just doesnt get as dark (and doesnt taste as yummy IMO) as the other. you may just have to use a tad more black coloring.
I've been having this same problem. While on vacation in Florida I picked up some Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa because I haven't seen it here at home and my husband loves everything and anything dark chocolate. I used it to make a yummy (and VERY dark without even trying) frosting for my dark chocolate cakes from scratch. (hubby won't eat BC anymore). But, I've run out and can't find it ANYWHERE. Let us know if you find it!
