I thought it was in the recipe section here at cake central but when I did a keyword search it said it wasn't. According to a recent post, it's non-dairy and I can use a non-dairy frosting.

I don't know about a buttercream recipe - but there IS Rich's "Bettercream" that is either a liquid - or already made that can be purchased often from Sam's Bakeries.

If someone has a recipe for a CopyKat - I would like to hear it also.

OHHHHHHHH! Didn't know it was a pre-made mix. Could I order it? I have no way of getting to Sam's Club?

I ordered it from sugarcraft.com. But with the shipping it was outrageously priced. I think I paid around $70 for a gallon of the white and a quart of the chocolate. Too rich for my taste. (No pun intended). Now when I need whipped icing I buy it from my local supermarket. It's alot cheaper than even the Wilton whipped icing mix. They even let me order it by the bucket.

If you have a Smart and Final near you, you can buy the chocolate Bettercreame and a vanilla pastry pride (just as good IMO).

You can get it from GFS as well, they only have the vanilla at my local one, it is in the frozen dessert section for about $3.50 a carton. Sugarcraft is one of the only stores that ship it I believe, sorry!
