I have a new contract witha very busy coffee shop and they want layer cake with Lemon frosting. So does anyone have a great lemon buttercream and a chocolate raspberry buttercream recipe? Please oh please let me know.
For Lemon I just used my standard buttercream and added about 1/2 a cup of lemon juice to it. I couldn't stop eating it it was so delicious. Haven't tried chocolate raspberry but I have added this recipe to regular buttercream for a raspberry buttercream. Maybe try adding it to your favorite chocolate...

I normally use my Standard Chocolate Buttercream Recipe but instead of Vanilla Extract i use Raspberry Extract adding 1 teaspoon at time untill desired flavor is reached(usually about 2 teaspoons is good depending on your taste) as for the lemon i usually do the same as alanahodgson.
