How long before using MMF can ii be made? I don't want it to get so hard that I can't use it but I want to make it a couple of days before I need it, if that's all right.

i have made mine a week or so ahead of time. wrap in saran--i double it, then put in a ziplock, then rubbermaid airtight container.

you can make it ahead of time and pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to soften it before rolling it out.

I didn't think MMF did well in the fridge. Hmmm, can it be frozen? I mean, for instance, could it be used on a bridal cake and frozen for a year till their anniversary?
