I just made a batch of cookies using the NFSC recipe with Antonia74's RI. I am packaging each one separately. I have more than needed for now. Can I freeze the extras? Will they defrost OK without becoming too soft? Thanks for your help!
I always freeze my NFSC. But I don't know about the RI part. I only use fondant But the cookies themselves have always been fine.Lu
