Someone gave me several boxes of pumpkin bread.
Does anyone know anything to make with it other than bread ?
My kids are having a halloween party this week-end, so if you can think of anything to do with it for then it would be great.

Do you mean pumpkin bread mix? If so, you can probably use it to make cookies, in much the same way you can use cake mix to make cookies.
Other ideas--mini muffins decorated to look like jack-o-lanterns, pumpkin pancakes (not for the party, I guess).
I wonder if it would work in the 3-D jack-o-lantern pan? It's probably pretty similar in texture to a pound cake.
