Is there anything you can add to store bought ready made icing to make it a little bit more tasty or exciting?
I don't have anytime to go out and shop for ingredients and only have a can of chocolate DH for the filling. The cake will be chocolate as well.
Any ideas appreciated.....thanks.

I just saw this while browsing the site. Anyway, I just came from a party and the person had used the milk choc. DH canned frosting and when she frosted the middle, put fresh rasperries (not sure where she got them from) in the middle and on the top. It seemed to help some, hope it gives you an idea at least.

I've used the ready-made lemon icing as filling for a lemon cake and it was fabulous. You couldn't tell it was canned icing.
