Hi,

Wondering if anyone has a pattern for coral that is traceable? Or can the coral just be done free hand?

Any links, tracing patterns or help here is greatly appreciated!! I don't know where to start!

Thank you.

I do my free handed but with the help of some circles. Draw some circles on a piece of paper and place under the wax paper. The circles will give you a guide so that the coral look some what even. Other wise I always ended up with one crazy looking stuff. Begin with a tip four or five and draw all the large branches then come in with a #2 and fill in with lots of small branches
I just use the circles as a guide for make the branches of the coral. I attach the "stem" from the braches below the circle. I like to think of it as kinda doing a tree. Good luck.

I read somewhere on one of the threads here that they use grape branches as the coral base.
I'll look for you I have a few minutes
