Okay, so I am making my boyfriend a cake that has the number 20 on top. I want it to stick out of the cake so I am making the numbers out of candy melts. I want them to sparkle though so what should I use?? They are going to be made out of chocolate candy melts and the colors of the cake are blue and brown. Would a silver shimmer on some of the brown look okay?? Also what is the best way to use luster dust and what is the difference between all the different dusts?? Im very new to using anything but regular old store-bought icing on cakes...

Hi, luster dust gives like a shimmery effect to flowers, cakes etc, or you can mix it with lemon extract for painting. The other dusts give different effects. HTH
